Responsibilities
Dignity Health Medical Group - Arizona is actively seeking highly patient-centric physicians to join the Family Medicine Residency Program Faculty at our Gilbert Clinic in Gilbert, Arizona.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Outpatient + Inpatient
- Outpatient Mon-Fri days, Inpatient Tues-Mon days
- Flexibility to work 4 longer days or 5 regular
- Call is 1:4 or less (by telephone only)
- A combination of direct patient care, precepting residents, and admin/economic time
- Inpatient: Every 4th week or less frequently, 1 week at a time x 7 days with compensation days provided
- Avg 18-24 patients per day on outpatient days
- Great MA support + RN onsite

Qualifications
Requirements:
- MD or DO Degree
- BC/BE in Family Medicine
- Completion of an ACGME accredited residency
- A passion for teaching and providing clinically excellent care
- Must have or be eligible for Arizona State medical licensure
- Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals
Pay Range
$118.63 - $158.71 /hour
