These facilities provide value based healthcare for seniors on Medicare, prioritizing prevention and a patient-centered approach. Details/Requirements:
--Will accept FM or IM boarded
--20 patients per day
--Monday through Friday, 7:30am-5pm (must be in office 5 days a week)
--Start within 30 days
--90 day contract
--PA licensed
--DEA licensed
