Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Perform initial assessment of mental health conditions
- Order and analyze necessary diagnostic tests
- Prescribe appropriate treatment and/or medication in an evidence-based manner
- Provide primary care to HIV population
- 100% outpatient
- Clinical plus teaching
- Precept residents
- Monday to Friday schedule, no call
- Multiple locations
Job Requirements:
- MD/DO
- BC/BE in Family Medicine
- NY State Medical License
- 1+ years of work experience in similar work setting
- Experience providing care to HIV population
- Spanish speaking preferred
