Client seeking Physician for family practice opportunity in Cleveland, NC on December 3, 4, 10, 12, 19, 20, 23, January 2 and a contract assignment from January 2 - March 7.
- Hours are December 3, 23, 8:00am - 5:00pm; December 4, 8:00am - 2:00pm; December 10, 8:00am - 4:30pm; December 12, January 2, 7:00am - 3:30pm; December 19, 9:30am - 7:00pm; December 20, 7:00am - 12:30pm; all with a 30-minute break.
- Hours for January 2 - March 7 are Thursday, 1:00pm - 7:00pm; Friday, 7:30am - 1:30pm; all with a 30-minute break.
Provider will see ages 2+ for primary care and acute care. Duties include sports physicals and routine physicals. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
