  • Additional Info: Winters Healthcare is currently seeking a Medical Director to provide clinical and administrative work within our FQHC. (10-20% clinical work, the remaining administrative) Experience in clinical leadership within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or Community Health Center (CHC), with a proven track record of leading teams and monitoring quality improvement outcomes. Experience with medical director administrative functions is a plus! Comprehensive knowledge of medical practices and standards, particularly in community health settings. A Master of Public Health (MPH) is highly desirable. Ability to assess and improve quality in patient care, developing innovative work methods and procedures. A passion for mentoring and supporting clinicians, with the ability to analyze data to address care gaps. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
