Job Description
We
are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician with OB experience to provide
primary, acute, and chronic patient care, including emergency care, in various
settings including an Association operated Community Health Center and local
hospitals or nursing homes in Central, WA. The Physician will perform clinic
healthcare duties for an agreed-upon number of hours per week, ensuring
flexibility to accommodate hospital duties, continued education activities, and
the needs of clinic patients. Additionally, the Physician will provide
emergency call coverage and in-patient care, including OB and surgeries, at the
hospital on weekdays, evenings, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, as
coordinated with the schedule of the Association health facilities and approved
by the Medical Director.
Compensation: $230,000 - $325,000 (plus RVU Incentive Bonus) DOE with ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates.

Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Medical School.
- Maintain authoritative skill and knowledge in the principles of sound medical practice.
- Secure good working knowledge of administrative and personnel practices.
- Familiarity with the scope of practice and general knowledge of the regulatory authority governing the practice of physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
- Be attuned to the unique needs of the indigent and underserved with practice emphasis on rural medicine needs.
- At least one year of internship.
- Licensed to practice Medicine in the State of Washington.
