$224-256K base salary
$20K Sign-on bonus
Relocation reimbursement
Flexible Schedule of either 4 or 5-day work weeks
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comprehensive, ongoing, and family-oriented primary care.
- Physician is responsible for providing quality comprehensive primary health care services
- Care is to be provided from a community oriented and case managed perspective
- As a member of both the General and Clinic Medical Staff the physician is to be a key participant in ongoing quality assurance, planning, and community networking activities.

Education/Experience Requirements:
- California Medical License valid
- DEA Certificate
- CPR Certificate
- Board Certification within 3 years of employment
- Satisfactory completion of an accredited residency training program with Board eligibility or certification in Family Practice, Pediatrics, or Internal Medicine, combined is highly desirable.
