Family Medicine opening in California Located in Ceres, CA - San Francisco 100m Full-time, permanent Seeking BE/BC $224-256K base salary Sign-on bonus and relocation reimbursement Flexible Schedule of either 4 or 5-day work weeks J1 & H1 Visa sponsored Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Demonstrates effective communication and problem-solving skills. - Comprehensive, ongoing, and family-oriented primary care. - Physician is responsible for providing quality comprehensive primary health care services - Care is to be provided from a community oriented and case managed perspective - As a member of both the General and Clinic Medical Staff the physician is to be a key participant in ongoing quality assurance, planning, and community networking activities.
