Exciting opportunity for a physician to lead the opening of a new clinic
Ideal candidate will serve as a physician leader, demonstrating energy and teamwork
Emphasis on patient care in the Northland region
Brand new, state-of-the-art clinic under construction, slated for completion by December 2023
Developing a high-quality, efficient-service model integrating 2 MDs, 2 APPs, Clinic Assistants, and support staff
Culture of patient-centeredness and staff resilience promoted within the model
Walk-In care and on-site flexible scheduling available
Position offers 0.6-1.0 FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) with 100% outpatient care
Telephone call ratio of 1:26
