**Position Details:**
- Heartspring is an integrative medicine clinic whose practices include conventional Western medicine as well as other evidence-informed approaches including functional medicine, OMT, acupuncture, and mind-body therapy.
- Position is for a full-time (34 patient contact hours/week) primary care provider, with OMT skills.
- Average 18 patients/day.
- Average panel size of 1,000 1,500 patients.
- Phone call is 1 in 4 weeks.
- Group includes 7 medical providers, licensed acupuncturist, LCSW, and a dietitian
- Engage in medical education through the teaching of residents and medical students who rotate through the clinic.

**Job Requirements:**
- Board certified/Board eligible in family medicine or internal medicine.
- Training in integrative medicine, functional medicine, lifestyle medicine, medical acupuncture, or OMT preferred. Additional ABOIM board certification preferred.
- Should possess excellent clinical skills, communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented.
- Eligibility to work in the United States, and eligibility for state medical license
