**Family Medicine Opening in Ohio**
Located in ***Findlay, OH*** - 45 miles from Toledo
- Flexible schedule, option of extended morning or evening hours
- Busy, established practices and staff
- 100% outpatient, no hospital call, light 1:3 practice call, Cerner EMR
- 24-hour in-house adult and pediatric hospitalist services
**Compensation**
- Hospital employment, competitive base salary plus wRVU production bonus after threshold achieved
- Signing bonus, relocation, student loan reimbursement all negotiable
- Dues, subscriptions, CME, Board Certification $5k/yr
- 200 Hours of vacation/CME, plus 7 days paid holidays, sick leave accrual up to 600 hours
