**Job Opportunity: Primary Care Physician (PCP)** **Location:** West Springfield, MA **Position Purpose:** Under the supervision of the medical director, the Primary Care Physician (PCP) at the Organization provides primary medical care to participants, including assessment, development of care plans, provision of direct medical care, and evaluation of plan effectiveness. This role functions collaboratively within the interdisciplinary team, making independent medical decisions and performing medical procedures as needed. **Minimum Qualifications:** 1. Doctorate Degree (MD or DO) and current, active physician license in the state of practice. 2. Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice, with Board Certification in Geriatrics preferred. 3. Minimum of one year of experience working with frail or elderly populations. 4. Valid drivers license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation. 5. Completion of Employee Medical Statement meeting health requirements. 6. Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills. 7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 8. Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual environment and with diverse teams. 9. Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting. 10. Ability to research, analyze, and assimilate information from various sources. 11. Periodic travel within the geographic region may be required. **Physical and Mental Requirements:** 1. Ability to adapt to changing work parameters and manage multiple tasks in stressful environments. 2. Full sensory capabilities and physical mobility for performing duties. 3. Subject to exposure to noise, infectious waste, diseases, and hazardous chemicals. 4. Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently and interact with diverse populations. 5. Capacity to cope with mental and emotional stress of the position and comply with organizational policies. 6. Proficiency in computer usage and ability to work with frequent interruptions. 7. Must meet general health requirements set forth by organizational policies.
