Full-time, permanent position
Seeking a Florida licensed Optometrist to join our busy and well-established practice. Currently, our practice consists of five MDs, three Optometrists, and approximately 125 total staff members. Our Optometrists work alongside Ophthalmologists to provide pre- and post-operative care and counseling cataract and refractive patients. In your role, you will also diagnose and treat a variety of ocular diseases and conditions. Our highly trained support staff allows our physicians to practice medicine efficiently while keeping patient care the top priority.
About the Institute:
- We specialize in cataract surgery (standard and refractive), and refractive surgery
- Three locations extend our presence from Central Florida to the East coast beaches
- For more than 30 years, we have dedicated our efforts to providing Excellence in Eye Care and Vision for Life to those in Central Florida
- We are the main referral practice for 200+ local optometrists
Procedures and Technology:
- Lake Mary and Daytona Beach offices each have an Ambulatory Service Center
- Lake Mary and Orlando offices each house a SMILE/LASIK/PRK suite
- Two Zeiss VisuMax femtosecond lasers and two Zeiss MEL80 excimer lasers
- Cataract surgery includes the use of Toric and Multifocal IOLs, and MIGS
- Refractive procedures include SMILE, LASIK, PRK, ICL, and RLE

Ideal Candidate needs to:
- Possess a Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited school of Optometry
- Possess superb clinical and interpersonal skills

- Be enthusiastic to learn and embrace new technologies and procedures
- Be able and willing to commute between our three offices if necessary
