Medical Director of Concierge Medicine opening in Colorado

Actively recruiting a Medical Director to establish and lead a Concierge Medicine program. This role is ideal for a physician passionate about providing patient-centered care in a resort destination setting. Located in the beautiful mountain area of Vail, CO, a state-of-the-art 56-bed hospital with a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the Concierge Medical Program for Clinics, collaborating with executive leadership to align with strategic goals.
- Act as the primary clinician and program leader for concierge services, which include executive wellness programs, longevity/wellness clinics, and direct patient care.
- Work with clinic staff to ensure top-quality patient care and build strong relationships with the Colorado Mountain Medical and Clinic teams.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, document medical histories, review records, and follow up on patient results.
- Foster relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including physicians, patients, and community partners.
- Provide care for acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and coordinate follow-up care with referring providers.
- Serve as a role model for organizational values and ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.
Qualifications:
- **Education**: Must have an MD or DO degree.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- **Licensure**: Requires DEA certification, specialty license, and board certification or eligibility in internal medicine or family practice.
- **Computer Skills**: Ability to meet the computer and online learning requirements within 90 days.
- **Language**: Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
