Family Practice Physician opening in Ashtabula, OH- Full Time- Quick Credentialing

Job Description

• Full-time negotiable schedule
• On call 3-4 days per month
• Clinic Practice Setting
• 10 Mid-Levels Providing Coverage throughout the Organization
• 2-3 Exam Rooms Per Physician
• Practice Population: Adult, Geriatric, Pediatric, and Newborn
• Emergency Supplies Available: Defibrilator, Airway, IV Supplies, Etc.
• Lab onsite
• X-Ray onsite
• EMR - EPIC
• Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days - contingent on requested information being returned timely

Certification Requirements

• ACLS
• BLS
• Board Certified
• Board Eligible

State License Requirements

• Ohio

Additional License Requirements

• State experience with required procedures; Provider must within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
