Requirements:

• Board Certified PA – REQUIRED
• OR license (or willing to obtain) – REQUIRED
• 2+ years of work experience as PA in Orthopedics (note in Experience field) – REQUIRED
• Has ties to Oregon – i.e. family in the area or has lived in OR at some point (note in Additional Submission Details) – REQUIRED
