StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Pay Rate: $129.01 - $139.65

This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.


Details and requirements for this opportunity:


  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Call One Day a Week Plus One Weekend Per Month.
  • Job Setting: Outpatient Clinic
  • Types of Cases: Standard Primary Care, All Ages
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
  • Must have an active Wisconsin state license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
  • Must have an active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
