We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our team at Clinica Medical Familiar, located in Riverside, California. Our clinic focuses on providing high-quality healthcare services to the vibrant and growing community in the region. Compensation & Benefits Package

• Annual Base Salary: $265,000
• Productivity Bonus: $48,000 annually, based on performance metrics
• Sign-on Bonus: $40,000
• CME Allowance: $1,000 per year for continuing medical education expenses
• Paid Time Off (PTO):
• 15 weekdays of paid time off per year
• 5 additional days for CME or personal use
• Moving Expenses: Up to $10,000 in relocation reimbursement
• License & DEA Fee Coverage
• Holidays: 7 paid holidays per year
• Sick Days: 5 sick days per year
