We are currently seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to support the considerable growth we have enjoyed. This full-time position enjoys a 4-day work week.

Lincoln Family Medical Group is a multiple provider private practice that currently includes Physicians, Physician Assistants, Counselors, and a Social Worker. Our team works collaboratively to ensure the best care possible for our patients and a healthy work environment for our staff. This is an excellent opportunity for a Physician who enjoy an autonomous but collaborative work environment, a family-oriented atmosphere, and a patient-centered philosophy.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Promote and maintain patient health by providing medical and medication management.
  • History and physical exam on new and established patients. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examination, and review of symptoms.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as medical imaging and laboratory tests.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-based healthcare environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound clinical judgments.
  • Document patient encounters accurately and timely in electronic health record systems.
  • Adhere to professional standards, ethical guidelines, and legal requirements in healthcare delivery.
  • Stay updated on current medical research, advancements, and best practices.
  • Other duties typical of a Physician in a primary care office.
  • On-Call - 3 Days/Month, phone calls only.

Job Requirements:

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible
  • NE State Medical License
  • DEA Certification
