The Opportunity:
• Geriatric Primary Care, patients aged 60+
• 8-12 patients per day Robust administrative and clinical support allows you to focus on providing quality patient care
• Actively growing Family Medicine service line with over 20 different practice locations serving patients age 60+
• Outpatient only, flexible weekday schedule - little to no call, phone only
• Competitive compensation package that includes a base guarantee and Quality Bonus of up to 20% of base, $20k Sign on, relocation, Loan Forgiveness
