This practice offers.

• Team consists of three physicians and two APPs
• 4-day work week Clinic hours: 8 AM- 5 PM. M-F
• Outpatient only with 1:6 nurse triaged call
• Team includes six physicians and three APP
• Lab, X-ray, CT scan, MRI, and integrated behavioral health onsite
• Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support
• EPIC Electronic Medical Record

• Wage: between $296,412 and $320,446; range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Washington has NO STATE INCOME TAX
