VeloSource has a Family Medicine Opportunity in Coal Center, PA.

• PA state license required (will accept candidates needing to obtain a license)
• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Minimum # Years Experience: 1
• Requirement Notes: Will accept IMLC in hand, but would prefer candidates to have a PA license. Will accept someone just out of training.
• DEA Required
• Certifications Required: ACLS; BLS
• Coverage Need: Mon-Thurs 8a-4p, Friday 8a-3p *No call.
• Estimated Shifts/Month: 20
• Providers Typical Day: Seeing patients in healthcare center - Free standing clinic. Up to 18 patients per day. 9 in morning session, 9 in afternoon session. 12-1pm break for 30 min lunch break & 30 min paperwork.
• Other Job Notes: APP Mid-Level coverage available 8a-4p. Will be seeing a variety of patients - all ages
• Adult Percentage: 89.00
• Peds Percentage: 11.00
• Typical Cases Seen: Annual wellness visits, physicals, well child visits, sick visits, ER, follow up, hospital follow up, pre-op visits
• Travel Covered: Mileage (Personal Vehicle); Airfare; Lodging; Parking; Rental Car & Fuel; Ground Transportation
