- Setting: employee health campus for a large technology campus in Sunnyvale, CA
- Brand new site opening
- 15-17 patients per day
- Must see patients ages 2 and up, but mostly adult patient population
- Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (1 hour lunch); no weekends or holidays
- 2-3 weeks to credential and up to 3 weeks of staff training and orientation
- Must have active and unrestricted DEA
- Must have active CA license
- Must be board certified or eligible
- Must have minimum 1 year of primary care experience
- Receive a weekly paycheck
- 100% of malpractice insurance covered
