We are working with Alice Hyde Medical Center. They are seeking primary care coverage starting ASAP. Alice Hyde Medical Center offers comprehensive healthcare services, including its Outpatient Clinic, which provides primary and specialty care. As part of the University of Vermont Health Network, the clinic focuses on convenient, patient-centered care, helping residents access quality treatment close to home.

Job Details:
• Start Date: ASAP On going
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• 4 days clinical, 1 day non-clinical per week
• Patient Load: 16-18 patients per day
• Patient Ages: 18 and older
• EMR System: Epic
Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive medical services to adult patients
• Primary care, preventive care, immunizations, and health education
• Prescribe medications and order or interpret lab tests
• Perform physical exams, STD screenings, vision/hearing exams, family planning, and nutrition counseling
Requirements:
• Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active NY medical license or willing to obtain
