Client seeking Physician for contract assignment in Kentwood, MI from October 7 - 9, 14 - 15. Hours are October 7, 9, 15: 6:30am - 8:30am, 1:00pm - 3:00pm; October 8, 14: 6:30am - 8:30pm, 10:00am - 12:00pm; 1:00pm - 3:00pm. Provider will see ages 2+ for flu clinic. Candidates must have 3+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
