Family Practice Physician – Waterfront Community 1 Hour from Detroit
Join a premier FQHC offering integrated primary care, dental, and behavioral health services. Work alongside a full-time FP physician, a full-time NP, and a part-time NP in a well-equipped facility with three exam rooms per provider and basic imaging.
- Schedule: 40 hours/week (36 patient care, 1 admin day)
- Patients: 18-22 Patients per day
- Compensation: $200k+ base and quality incentives(top earners making close to $300k annually)
- Benefits: $15k sign-on, relocation, CME, 403b with up to 7% employer contribution, 20 vacation days, 8.5 holidays, NHSC qualified area
