**Position Details:**
- Full-time, permanent
- Seeking BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join an experienced team offering Primary Care and Family Medicine services. This practice is supported by a service area population of more than 428,000. This practice is in a new clinic location in Box Elder, South Dakota where medical services have not previously been offered, but are needed for this growing community. This is an outpatient clinic that that aims to provide care for all ages and stages.
- Opportunities for Advanced Practice Provider (CNP/PA) supervision is also offered.

Hours: Monday - Friday (4 Days per week between 730a - 5pm)
