**Position Details**
- Full-time, permanent
- Must be able to perform C-sections
- Busy practice with instant volume

- Join 3 Physicians and 5 Advanced Practice Providers
- The selected candidate will work in a modern medical facility and have an opportunity to perform Obstetrics and C-section as well as work Emergency Department shifts.
- Physician has ability to tailor practice to interest!
- Modern 25 bed critical access hospital that provides a full continuum of primary health care from health promotion to end of life care
- 67 annual admissions, 114 births, 22,126 outpatient visits, 5,258 specialty clinic visits and primary care clinic visits of 34,636
- Lab, X-Ray, ER, pharmacy, and behavioral health services on site
- Outreach specialists from General Surgery, Cardiology, ENT, Urology, Ortho Surgery, Dermatology, Otolaryngology, Audiology, Wound, Ophthalmology
- Health System is aggressively pursuing market share to ensure a thriving Family Practice/OB practice. Two surrounding counties do not offer OB services and Health System would like to support them.

**Requirements**
- Board Eligible (within 3 years of eligibility, with plans to become BC within 1 year of employment) or Board Certified in Family Medicine
- IA license or IMLC (or willing to obtain)
- OB Fellowship-trained (to be completed prior to start)
- Provider is able and interested in doing C-sections
