Primary Care for the Underserved

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide primary care including episodic, preventive, and acute health care to adult patients.
• Conduct histories and physical examinations and prescribes medications and/or medical treatments based on best practice standards.
• Develop treatment plans in collaboration with patients; educates and advises on medical issues as needed.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of medical care and monitors progress of patients.
• Maintain medical records.

REQUIREMENTS:

• BE/BC Internal Medicine or Family Medicine provider (MD/DO)
• 2 years minimum experience
• Valid TX License
• Current DEA Certificate

HOURS:

• 40 hours
• Patient Load 8-12 Daily
• Outpatient
