We are seeking a Family Practice Physician (MD/DO) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of acute and chronic conditions, promoting overall wellness, and supporting patients with long-term care strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services, including routine check-ups, immunizations, and health-risk assessments
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions
- Create individualized care plans based on patient needs
- Educate patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices
- Coordinate with specialists and healthcare professionals for patient referrals
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with healthcare laws
- Participate in ongoing medical education and training to stay updated on best practices
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine
- Active and unrestricted state medical license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dedication to patient-centered care and improving patient outcomes

Working Hours
On-Call 1wk/month----Hospitalist rotation setting
