Job Description:

We are seeking a Family Practice Physician (MD/DO) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of acute and chronic conditions, promoting overall wellness, and supporting patients with long-term care strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary care services, including routine check-ups, immunizations, and health-risk assessments
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions
  • Create individualized care plans based on patient needs
  • Educate patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices
  • Coordinate with specialists and healthcare professionals for patient referrals
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with healthcare laws
  • Participate in ongoing medical education and training to stay updated on best practices

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine
  • Active and unrestricted state medical license
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Responsibilities

This position includes a 1 week/month hospitalist rotation which is paid as a separate stipend.

Working Hours

8-5 M-F ---Ambulatory Setting
On-Call 1wk/month----Hospitalist rotation setting
