- Position: Primary Care/Family Medicine Physician
- Will accept New Grads
- Schedule: 4 days/week, 7+ hours/day of patient visits, charting and related duties to complete a 40+ hour work week.
- Shifts: Vary between 8-4, 9-5, 10-6, and one day 12-8. Expect 1 late shift/week and 1 Saturday every 6 weeks.
- Call: Home-based, 1 Sunday every 24 weeks, typically 12 calls on a busy day.
- Compensation:
- Base salary: $225K
- Productivity bonus (after 6-9 months): Typical total pay $250K-$275K
- Quality bonus: $8K-$12K after 1 year
- Extra shifts: $125/hour
- PTO: 24 days/year + 6 holidays
- CME: 5 days/year + $2,500 allowance
