Client seeking both a Physician and Nurse Practitioner for PRN shifts in Mount Dora, FL on October 2, 3. Hours are Wednesday/Thursday, 8:00am - 5:00pm with a 60-minute break. Clinic is a worksite health center. Provider will see ages 8+ for acute care, chronic care, and HRA appointments. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
