We are working with Kaiser Permanente Conyers Medical Office. They are seeking primary care coverage starting in October. Kaiser Permanente Conyers offers comprehensive healthcare services to its members. The facility provides a range of medical services, With a focus on patient-centered care, the medical office is committed to delivering high-quality healthcare in a convenient and accessible setting. Kaiser Permanente Conyers Medical Office is part of the broader Kaiser Permanente network, known for its integrated approach to healthcare, combining physicians, hospitals, and health insurance under one system.

Kaiser Permanente Conyers Medical Office
Conyers, GA

Primary Care
• Dates: October - December
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• Patient Age Range: All ages
• Patient Load: 20 patients per shift
• Setting: 100% outpatient
• EMR System: EPIC (training required after credentialing)
Epic Training: Every other week, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (must be completed before starting)
• Support Staff: 1 RN, 2 MAs, 1 midlevel, 3 office staff members
• Credentialing Timeframe: 21 days after the application is completed (no hospital privileges required) Family Medicine
