• Faculty Family Medicine Medical Director perm position.
• Schedule: 5-day workweek
• Resident teaching, patient encounters and administrative duties

Minimum Requirements for Consideration
• Board Certified Family Medicine
• Active Illinois license
• Faculty teaching experience, required.
• Leadership role and/or experience in academic environment, preferred.
