Southern Minnesota OB/GYN position in a Private Multi-Specialty group with a very low turnover rate amongst their physicians. Join five other Obstetricians, one NP and one PA in a busy practice. We also have an organized fertility program managed by their Advanced Practice Providers. Your practice will be located in a modern office setting that is connected by walkway to the local Regional Hospital.
The local hospital is licensed for 270 beds and is Level 3 Trauma Care with airlift capability and a Level 2 Specialty Care Nursery. . Robotics is available.. There are four Surgical Advanced Practice Providers to assist with Surgery, Rounding work-ups and Patient discharges.. Alterra touchworks EMR. Work / life balance is an important part of physician's culture at the clinic. . Annual physician turnover averages 4%, well below industry norms.. 35 vacation days annually plus 7 paid holidays off. Generous health benefits plan, $6,600 CME allowance annually and profit-sharing 401(k). Partnership is offered after one year of employment with minimal buy-in..
