Southern Minnesota Family Medicine position in a private Multi-Specialty group with a very low turnover rate amongst their physicians. This position is to expand patient access in a department with five physicians, two NPs and an Integrated Behavioral Health LICSW. You will see 18-24 patients per day, and in-office procedures are encouraged. They use Altera Touchworks Electronic Medical Records and AI dictation is available.
Call is 1:16 by telephone and remote EMR access for Clinic patients only. It is supported by a 24-hour Nurse Health Line. There are no inpatient responsibilities.. Alterra touchworks EMR. Work / life balance is an important part of physician's culture at the clinic. . Annual physician turnover averages 4%, well below industry norms.. Clinic hours are Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Full-time is 32 Patient Contact Hours weekly with 4 hours of administrative time, and a four-day workweek option is available.. 35 vacation days annually plus 7 paid holidays off. Generous health benefits plan, $6,600 CME allowance annually and profit-sharing 401(k). Partnership is offered after one year of employment with minimal buy-in..
