Key Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- Patient Load: 24 PPD (Newborn to Adult)
- Setting: Outpatient, No Call
- Support: RN, 2 MAs, 1 Office Staff, 3 APPs
- Credentialing Timeframe: ~30 Days
- Minimum Experience: 12 months in Family Medicine
