Associate Medical Director – PACE Program

Position Overview:

As the Associate Medical Director, you will provide clinical leadership and oversight for a dedicated team of physicians and nurse practitioners. Working alongside the Medical Director, you will collaborate to ensure the highest quality of care for our PACE participants. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a team-based environment and is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and supervise the clinical care provided by staff physicians and nurse practitioners, ensuring alignment with program goals and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with the Medical Director to review and improve clinical care activities and address program needs.
  • Participate in monthly strategy meetings with the Medical Director to evaluate program performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Serve as a key clinical resource, providing guidance to staff and contributing to the development of clinical protocols and procedures.
  • Maintain an active role in fostering a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM – Enjoy your weekends free from work commitments!

Qualifications:

  • Board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Proven experience in clinical leadership and supervision, preferably in a PACE or similar program.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with older adults.
