We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our team and provide exceptional care to patients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care, including preventive, acute, and chronic care to patients of all ages.
• Conduct physical exams, obtain medical histories, and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, specialists, and support staff to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health management, and lifestyle changes.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in community health initiatives and educational programs.
• Stay updated on medical advancements and best practices.

Qualifications:

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.
• Valid Arizona medical license.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of family medicine practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
