Our client offers the following:

• Salary: $200,000 to $220,000 Based on Experience
• Health Insurance-Employer Pays 100% of premium

• PTO (Paid Time Off) 4 weeks in your first year

• CME (Continuing Medical Education)-$3,000 with 1 week off

Requirements:

• Board Certified Or Board Eligible In Family Medicine
• Current Indiana Medical License Or Willing To Obtain
• New Grads Will Be Considered

Responsibilities:

• Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• 15-20 Patients Per Day
• Call By Phone Only
• No Weekends
• Full Support Staff
