Facility: Outpatient clinic providing comprehensive primary care services, including routine check-ups, preventive care, and management of chronic conditions. This practice offers services for individuals of all ages, from children to adults.

Facility: Outpatient clinic providing comprehensive primary care services, including routine check-ups, preventive care, and management of chronic conditions. This practice offers services for individuals of all ages, from children to adults.
Opportunity:
- The hours of operation for the practice are Monday through Friday 8:00-4:30 pm (with some occasional extended hours). There is a shared call rotation (no weekends).
- Enjoy a traditional outpatient practice (no rounding, no nursing homes) caring for the whole family. Provider will be seeing all ages.
- 15-20 patients/day
- Clinical wraparound support services
- The selected physician will join an established practice based in a renovated office space.
- The practice has full medical and administrative support including on site laboratory services.
- In-network specialist referral
- Allows for this provider to practice outpatient prenatal care
- EPIC EMR
