A well-known organization is seeking to add another BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for anyone who is seeking a practice with a focus on quality care over quantity.
Candidates must have at least 3-4 years of experience for this role.
The Opportunity:
• Outpatient-only schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays
• 4-Day Work Week - 32 contact hours and 8-hour admin buffer
• Potential to do some visits via telehealth
• Low patient volumes - Average of 15 patients per day
• $400,000+ Earning Potential: Guaranteed Base Salary with an additional Annual Performance Bonus and Long-Term Bonus
