- BC in FM IM or Geriatric (mus have interest in Geriatrics)
- 25-50% in clinic 50-75% homebased (for now)
- Have mobil lab and xray, laptops or tablets
- EMR is Athena
- Value-based care physicians have an entire team dedicated to doctors, the patient and the family
- 18-20 ppd while in the office
