A healthcare network in New York is actively seeking an experienced, licensed Physician, with a Board Certification in Family Medicine, to join their one of their growing primary care outpatient facilities in Syracuse as their new Medical Director.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (no weekends!!!)
- Hours: Standard business (no evenings!!!)
- Setting: Outpatient Clinic
Call: None
Responsibilities:
The Medical Director will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and administrative oversight, including:
- Delivering primary care
- Collaborating regularly with the Behavioral Health team
- Guiding the strategic vision of the network's integrated healthcare services
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Family Medicine experience
- M.D. or D.O.
- Board Certification in Family Medicine
- Strong organizational and management abilities
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Desired Skills:
- Previous experience in a Nonprofit setting
- Experience in a Leadership and/or Supervisory role
