We are working with Dignity Health Yavapai Regional Medical Group – Primary Care in Chino Valley, AZ, to help fulfill their need for and Adult Primary Care locums provider. Adult Primary Care
• Seeking ongoing coverage beginning October 28, 2024; 20 shifts per month
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday; 7:30a – 5:30p
• Adults only, high geriatric population
• Average 25 patients per day
• General primary care with occasional procedures including toenail and lesion removal
• Support staff includes an MA, RN, office staff, and office manager
• Cerner EMR
• $140 per hour
