- 230 Bed Non-Profit Hospital Employed Position.
- Expanding services due to population growth. Opening several New State of the Art Clinic locations. 3 Patient Exam Rooms per Physician.
- Achieve top income in your specialty with an attractive compensation plan and a low RVU threshold for quick bonus potential:
- Average FP Income: $335,000; Top Producers: $400K+ Annually.
- 20 Patients per day = $341k
- 24 Patients per day = $409k
- Average FP Income: $335,000; Top Producers: $400K+ Annually.
- Comprehensive package including a $25K signing bonus, paid relocation, annual $15k quality bonus, and monthly compensation for supervising NP/PA staff
