This Tier-5 Rated Medical Home and outpatient facility in this Southern Oregon suburbia is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join their 33 and growing integrative medicine provider team. Practice and deliver holistic primary care via a patient centric model. Collaborate with a robust team consisting of primary care Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers, Behavioral Health Specialists, Pharmacists, and more.

• 100% Outpatient Opportunity
• Flexible Schedule: 4 day work week with flexible hours (8-4, 9-5, or 10-6)
• Patient Expectations: 18-22 patients per day
• Optional Partnership Track
• 1 Dedicated Medical Assistant + Float Medical Assistant per provider

• Guaranteed Base Salary + Quality and RVU Bonuses
