Primary Care Physician (PCP)

A Primary Care Physician (PCP) is needed in Jacksonville, FL

Join our advanced clinic in Jacksonville, FL, where you'll play a key role in providing excellent primary care to the community. Our clinic focuses on fostering strong patient relationships and delivering comprehensive healthcare, enabling our physicians to provide the highest level of care.

Salary and Benefits:

Responsibilities:

  • Monday to Friday Schedule (8 AM to 5 PM)
  • Manage a patient panel of 500-600 individuals
  • Average of 10-12 patient visits per day
  • Newly built, state-of-the-art clinic facilities
  • Utilize advanced, cloud-based electronic health record system
  • 100% Outpatient care
  • Call Schedule: Based on the number of physicians in the market (e.g., 1:20 for 20 physicians)

Requirements:

  • M.D. or D.O. graduates
  • Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)
  • Residents welcome to apply
  • Proficiency in in-office medical procedures, including:
    • Suturing for minor wound closures
    • Joint injections for pain management
    • Skin biopsies for diagnostic purposes
    • Comprehensive wound care
  • Experience with preventive screenings relevant to geriatric patients
  • Fellowship training in Geriatrics is welcome, but not required
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality primary care and addressing both medical and social needs
  • Ability to lead care teams with a patient-centric orientation
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not necessary
