The Role
• 70% Administrative, 30% Clinical
• 2 half days of clinic/week and 4-5 inpatient weeks/year. OB optional
• Highly competitive compensation package, commensurate with the stature of this leadership role (above 90th percentile MGMA Academic)
• Executive- or "Cadillac"-level benefits package - all the expected perks and then some
• Required experience: 2 yrs+ as core faculty, 5 yrs+ of FM practice, and people leadership (including performance management)

• No need to compete for resources or rotation availability - FM is sole residency at this urban tertiary care center & system-wide flagship hospital
• 21 FM residents, plus 4th year program
• 13 FM faculty
